Binary Options Con/Scam

Google

T2W thread climbing up, 2nd from last on page 2 yesterday.
Now its 3rd from last...
You reap what you sow.

What you people fail to realize is this:
1. in the world of binary options, for better or for worse, if a trader wants a bonus - he must agree to this lock in period. Again, whether it's right or wrong - it's irrelevant.

Whether it is right or wrong is very relevant isn't it? Both on a moral and legal standpoint.

There are all kinds of agreements that are agreed to at a particular time, but are not legally binding, and the benefit is given to the person who didn't draft the agreement. If this weren't the case we could have all kinds of silly situations. As an example: 'well they agreed to work for 100 hours a week for £10 when they got the job'. It is clearly very relevant whether that is right or wrong, and totally irrelevant whether someone agreed to it or not. So jaga agreeing to it, is not a defence.

As for you saying he scammed the company, if you were legitimate, then why was he able to chargeback? And if you have proof of that, then why isn't legal action being taking against the scammer? You say that he has his money. Why do you not have it if you are in the right? Is it by any chance because you don't have a legal leg to stand on?

But you again don't realize is that I am only responding to the issue of a thief
And you are "bashing" on a broker which is not what this thread is about but rather what you want to make it about
The broker doesn't seem to care about this issue
And they answered you, in a tactless yet direct way

I am here responding to the thief idiot Jaga
Not defending the broker's location or lack thereof

It's not relevant
However, i do reap it all as binaryoptions10.com has gotten about 100 more unique visitors in the last month than it usually does
But more importantly, it has allowed about 6 new scam victims of brokers like the ones that really DO hurt clients
(none of them are goptions - not that it matters to you sycophants)

I am waiting for Monday to ask GOptions if they will allow me to publish their proof. It is theirs afterall and they have yet to release it. Also, chargebacks are instant, but not binding. What this means is that the moron Jaga chargedback. The CC company instantly returns the funds to the customer. However, they have the right to take it back if the company, in this case GOptions, is able to defend itself. Based on the proof that I've seen - it seems like a layup. But I admit, CC companies are not always of the understanding needed to get the real scam this proper dumbass pulled here.

As for the relevancy of the office - I never disagreed that it's a point worth discussing and exploring. But it's not my bag. It's not my responsibility. Nor does it have any bearing on this specific issue which we are discussing

If you want my opinion: yes - it's an important issue. One I've asked the folks over at goptions a number of times about. All I know is that they've said in recent weeks that it was going to be changed very shortly. They seem to be cooking up something big but have decided not to tell me, or anyone else, what it is

david, I'm simply saying, that it is not a defence to say he agreed to it. If the terms were unfair, they were unfair and not enforceable regardless of what he agreed to. You cannot use that as a defence.

OK -im with you also
And I would agree
But that's not the case here
His claim isn't that GOptions scammed him per se
His illogical, nonsensical, absurd and bogus claim is that this the broker just GAVE HIM $5000 on his $24,000 AUD deposit. Not a bonus he claims. He says it was a good will gesture of the broker to just hand him 5k. Now, all I AM SAYING is that it's horsepoo and this dolt is obviously being paid or has it out for the broker for some ulterior reason. It's not unlike a broker to "Force" a bonus on a trader. But the customer isn't claiming that. It's not uncommon for brokers to deal with nefarious pricing policies (eg FXCM, gain, and many others in forex and loads of others in binary as well). But alas, this isn't his claim. He again is claiming that GOptions didn't live up to this "deal" whereby he just is GIVEN 5k.

So now, if you believe this - please give me 10% from the pot of gold you also go looking for at that end of the rainbow shooting out of Mr Jaga's Touchus !

LOL all this hassle because of one thing... this industry being hidden in very "questionable" jurisdictions ... which in turn allows more scrupulous people to enter ( good product/ platform for some but lousy regulations)
But promoters of this won't accept that instead they will trow examples of MFG and Refco
Missing the point of that if Equity/ Options and Futures markets were not regulated by SEC/ FSA we would have these scandals in thousands in the world
Wise up don't touch such things.. stick to Exchange Traded and one less hassle.. or at least make sure the broker is completely regulated by FSA/ CFTC etc at least

Are you mocking or supporting?:)
I am no great fan of Nadex either as they seems to have just one market Maker which is owned by same entity! which own Nadex

{shhhhh mocking them shhhhhhhhh}
Nadex is fine for those looking for this. It's good for pro traders needing a means to hedge really. I don't get the punters who show up there. But just because it's not my bag doesn't make it "bad". It's a great product for what it does. But doesn't answer the call of the retail trader or the punter. To me, I see nothing wrong with those who see forex, binary, vanilla options, or stocks as outright gambling. I also don't care if some see it as entertainment or a pure investment vehicle.

It's not my or yours (or liquid's) right to judge. Which is why I don't.

"To me, I see nothing wrong with those who see forex, binary, vanilla options, or stocks as outright gambling"
AS LONG AS THE CASINO IS WELL REGULATED ..

This is sad! Scammers like these put binary options trading in such a bad light! Just have to be careful in choosing the correct platform, I guess, because there are some legits out there!

Mrs Fitzpatrick the 2 sites you mentioned ... not even ASIC licence info .. why would anybody even bother?

Didn't read all 32 pages but does anyone have any experience with 24Option - good or bad?

Also I've heard of people having problems getting money off TradeRush, but I have no experience with them.

I remembered 24option is a good broker but there also are some bad reviews, not too much. Please carefully check it on FPA or Google before investing anything to this broker.

We have recently tried to illustrate the importance of regulation in a recent post;

In the interests of transparency, this is the commercial website I am employed by and we operate as affiliates so... **vested interest alert**!! but I think our article still adds value to the discussion.

http://www.binaryoptions.co.uk/regulated-binary-options

Hopefully the industry will continue to make regulation a big priority as a great deal of harm has already been done to the binary options sector - but it has begun to get cleaned up.
