Best stock and stock options broker?

Hi Guys -- I'm a noob and looking for a good stock/stock options broker. I've heard OptionsXpress and Options House are good. Any ideas would be appreciated. I gather this is more about forex, but if anyone has some info on my question, I'll say thanks now.

Did you find a good broker? I am looking at options for options since TOS is no longer available in the UK
