Never mention I.Q

I like inspirational and motivational videos. However I have noticed that they all have one thing in common - They avoid the subject of intelligence or I.Q. They always ask the same basic questions like “What do all successful people have in common?” and the answer is never “Above average I.Q”.

A lot of research has been done on the subject of I.Q's, decades of research by leading Psychologists and it seems to show that there is a correlation between I.Q and success or I.Q and career path.
