Best Fixed Odds dealer for FX? (Oanda & Refco too)

Oanda will be introducing "Box Options" which are basically Fixed Odds betting thingy. Too bad we don't know when it'll be out.

Refco have their Options platform. http://www.refcospot.com/
Anyone using it to place bets? Good? The "minimum bet sizes" are kind of big, like requiring bets of US$10-100 per options.

What other good Fixed Odds dealers are there? Those that are governed by a watchdog organization like a FSA or has good financial standings/history. Refco and Oanda seems to be the least likely to "go under" any time soon...

Who else than Betonmarket offer the following fixed odds trading;
Touch, No touch, One Touch, Barrier range,... for indices (S&P, FTSE,...) .
Refco offer only these type of bet (SPOT) for currencies only unfurtunately
