Beginner In Need: Stock Analysis

If anyone has any sources to recommend for new jacks on how to analyse and select stocks for investing it would be most generously appreciated. I was trading Tesla but the honeymoon is over and now realize I need a solid strategy for selecting stocks. I typically go long for 1 - 3 months, I am not a day trader. I am a very novice equities trader.
