Hi guys. Wanted to share a particular experience that was nothing but wonderful when it came to axi trader. So, let me start from the beginning.

I am a partially blind trader, I make use of screen readers on the computer and voice over on the iPhone to navigate my way around text. Because I do have limited vision,

I did a software update the other day and for some reason or the other, Voice over or something changed my lot sizing. I don't have a very big account and generally trade 0.11 size positions on this particular instrument.. so as per normal, I placed my trade, put my stoploss in and to set my phone down.

A few minutes later I went to check, and to my horror it had taken a one lot size instead of my normal amount. I don't have a very large account and I sustained significant losses.

I immediately contacted axi and spoke to the support staff Who sprung into action immediately. They sympathise with the situation and told me that they would address it with senior management.

To my absolute surprise, after reviewing my unique situation, senior management offered to refund 50% of the losses. Now, bear in mind this company has no obligation to refund anything.

In an industry where profits up everything and, with so many unscrupulous brokers out there this company is a little gem.

They care about the well-being of the clients rather than only making money. I am not looking for sympathy here by writing this post but, Credit must be given where it is due. It was such an emotional rollercoaster ride for me knowing that my disability was the reason for the mistake.

So guys on a positive note thank you axi you have a client for life. Let us all support such businesses that still maintain ethics and morals in this unscrupulous world that we currently live in.

Well done axi
