On Tuesday morning on checking my terminals, my AXI account was empty. Hackers got in and wthdrew everything. If you have an AXI account I suggest you get your funds out. Support just keep saying "Sorry for the inconviniece" .. not great.. day 3 and still no explanation.

AXI do not have 2FA on login, despite asking for it over a year ago. Can get decent trades on the pro account, but security by todays standards is way behind where it should be.

Stay safe, hopefully this helps someone.

Well confronted with that situation on signing in certainly would have the alarm bells ringing loud (and possibly a little bit of poo!)

After a google there is no news out there regarding any hacks of Axi and/or cleared out balances, only you here and at forexfactory.

Before I suggest the problem could possibly be you and not Axi, have you checked your transaction/withdrawal history there? and verified you are with the real axi broker and not one of the many copycats?

Everything may be ok and there's been an error their end which will be resolved.

But in case something has happened, I would strongly suggest you react as quickly as possible to protect yourself and sign up to one or all of the credit reference agencies if you have not done so already. Also secure your computer/laptops/phones and change all of your email passwords, banking/financial passwords etc before doing anything online.

In the first instance use credit karma (free) and check your credit report thoroughly for anything out of the ordinary, pay particular attention to the hard and soft searches. Then move on to equifax making sure you find the free check and not be lured into payment. Probably give experian (paid) a miss as in my experience you will be given a clean bill of health on there while your world burns around you.

Good luck

I have been with AXI for 10 years, it a legit account.

I had someone trying to change my password about a month ago, I got the emails, contacted AXI, changed all my passwords ( about 3 times ) AXI changed my account email to one of my other email addresses, changed all my email passwords.

Thought that was the end of it.

Turns out the hacker changed my email to one very similar, so when they were doing the withdrawals I didn’t see any confirmations.

They are investigating, but, day 4 and no update.

I am assuming more accounts were hacked which is why it’s taking so long, mine wasn’t massive but it wasn’t small either.

Their security is not 2025 safe.

Thanks for the response btw, I will update with findings as they report them to me.
