Avoid www.a-payments.com "escrow"!!

First of all, that manual on how to avoid fraud on eBay/PayPal - I just received the original Word file which I am attaching here.

Secondly, my ex-girlfriend has nearly fallen to this new phony escrow - www.a-payments.com - that seems to be everywhere on eBay sites now, from Italy to US. Those chaps seem to be flogging quite a few expensive items, Toshiba A45 laptops in particular, asking buyers to send funds to this "escrow". BEWARE!
