Are IG charts down or is it my pc?

No idea, but you might want to look at ProRealTime, they are the software company behind IG charts. Although you'll pay to subscribe (£300/year for a basic package), their backup/support is pretty good, whereas IG (the "white labeller") can be slow if there are issues.

I've had problems with them relating to Java on one of my computers, but they are working at the moment.

Thanks guys and girls. It was my pc. A nasty virus reset my Java settings, amongst other things.
