Well either the dax wanted to screw over all the early shorts by going above 13,000 or they want to paint the close with a big number.

So the fed wants apple to apple wants to borrow money from the fed at near zero rates so it can buy back its own shares at all time highs and then split those shares 4:1. Thats clear then! So much for sensible practices like share buybacks when you stock is in the doldrums! Nothing to see here move along.

S&P will continue with share buybacks orchestrated by the FED until it sets a new all time high for the Trumpmeister.
