Hard to get your teeth into anything today. 3 trades all day 😴😴

Tell me about it.
One trade on the NQ this morning which was OK.

Then onto my equities trading which takes up most of my concentration nowadays and where I typically average around 8 trades by this point, and i've had zero of my setups, so no trades at all. Unusual.
