it was the rally to horizontal resistance earlier and then nowhere to go
break res or tank
in that scenario..then ..orders on both sides

It looks like the markets (Dow , Dax ) have reached a critical turning point. They could start falling here and theres nothing in the war chest to bring them back up again. So its an all or nothing effort to make the charts look good over the next few weeks.
The last 2 days on Dax show a 200 point up move, but that was on the back of Draghi saying he would do something next month, theres very little left he can do. Sell the news IMO.
