10 minute for direction and a combination of 1m and 5m to gain entries, 1m to exit positions

FTSE had the strangest open in about 10mins from 8am open the ftse goes up about 40pts, this is not logical, what did the market know at 8.01 that it did not know 2 mins earlier?

futures had no idea that ftse should be 50pts above where it was pre-market?

Maybe the news at 9.30 will be good.
Just ramping up for the selloff after the news.
