Dow 96 feels like it can do 120, but recent pivot targets have not been hit, volatility is collapsing.

dow , goes up 10pts then sideways congestion digestion then goes up another 10pts and repeats. thats it, u got 5 more hours of this.

we have not done lower lows on daily, which is suprising
