tough grabbing 27 even using 1 min closing prices

I remembered something about mrtopstep and his "10 handle rule" when dow was trying to cross 77.5 it had done 10 handles from the lows and caused the congestion that Danny Riley talks about place buy trigger away from 10 handle congestion on sp500dec

spy hit daily buy trigger 168.43 first time in 11 days

once we hit 27, 70 was next stop, but congestion made it very hard
