Not sure that volume is correct?

lower highs all over the place again today

feels like an old friend returned

despite yesterdays break of trend , momentum is still falling

and 5644 still looks like the hurdle we have to break up and through

The rumours flying round of a credit rating agency downgrade seems to be brining the market down.

It's still a range day for the US so far. For the FTSE future the range has flipped to a new lower range, but its still a range 5602 to 5630.

On the daily chart we are getting close to resistance levels for the FTSE and just above them for the ES. I guess the French downgrade rumours will be proved later tonight or tomorrow morning. If they come to nothing, I can see it going back up again.

Potential bearish Gartley 2 step in progress.. if I am right.. price nows goes up to 5640 -5650 (futures) before coming back down

It is cash FTSE 100 - I don't know if they offer futures on my spread betting platform.

Appologies to futures scalpers - I won't post cash FTSE trades again.

Z don't worry about it.. I post both but I try and make it clear what I am refering to

cheers:)

When DC was posting he always quoted cash. I am sure a lot of people who read this do trade the cash. We may tend to be lurkers rather than regular contributers but we all have a common goal!!!

presunably that is Cash

I dont think there is much point posting that on here

we are all on futures

Its always been a mix between cash and futures. Just like its not just a scalping thread.

As long as people know what you are quoting it does not matter.

I find it very confusing as you are quoting funny numbers and sb numbers to boot

but why on earth you cant post on a cash thread is beyond me

so I will stop posting and leave you to it

out of that on the upward gartley... will look for short aroubf 5637 (futures)

Interesting.. because we have a potential bullish 2 step as well on the 60 minute charts.. I hadnt seen this before.. so given trend is upwards, am playing on side of caution and closing that short out.:|
