Its just waiting for the Europoors to stop crying and then its going back up.
Trump is doing nothing politically significant right now with an election 6 weeks away. The markets are pricing in a Biden victory anyway so nothing really has changed. He's tested positive, they havent said hes showing symptoms. Nothing to see here move along.
