17th is really a bad day, watch out (+-2 days)... chances are bad news over the weekend

but that sounds like temporary effect...

I was checking calendar and the following are due on 16th (Sunday)

JPY - Prelim GDP q/q
JPY - Prelim GDP Price Index y/y
CNY - Foreign Direct Investment ytd/y
JPY - Revised Industrial Production m/m

ok, Now I see kind of grim picture. The signature congestion I was talking about, can be seen in the chart below... the green box. The first one was reversal and congestion lasted about three days.

Today was first day of current congestion and can last 2-3 days. Long congestion at swing top can be reversal or can also be big move up.

Now if it takes 2-3 days or more then that coincides with 17th Feb... If breaks up then goes close to 28th Feb , so in any case time is running out...

I will be reducing my long positions in next two days..
