My guess would be that the Dax cant hold the upward trend and is looking weak.
But I wont trade it.

HTW, DAX is not giving any singal at the moment, no short , not long signal.

This is because DAX has not made pivot trough (peak and trough).

Overall its very bullish and if you see 3hr chart its actually making bullish flag, yet to break the flag channel though, so in next few days a sharp breakout expected.

have a look into Martin Pringle's book.

basicall pivot point is different then pivot, its just a wordings.

many people say pivot for set of peak and trough combinations.

Dow will probably stay here or go higher - no downside.
