SP500dec needs to hit 1709 just to get to neutral.

SP500 cash is 100 negative

Dow on a scale 0-100 is 32

6575 can be used as minor pivot. short below/long above

Dow cash close = 6555, so in theory a down day in dow and we take out 6500
