My concern is in order to get to a new all time high they have to fake the bears in with a down move.
Then when people are short they ram the price up forcing bears to buy to cover at a higher price propelling it over the last high.

Each of the last five NYSE sessions closed below the NYSE open, strange PA with the market going up outside of the NYSE open times, very strange - is that a pattern? one wanders
