I took the 4 trading sessions and got their trading template. They teach a trading methodology using the 15 minute charts. They track six markets and recommend day trading with a good trading method. There is some discretion involved in choosing the trades. I ran a sim for 8- days and made money. I was pleased with the training and the system I would recommend it very highly. Once again it is no Holy Grail however it will get you on the right track to learn your trading skills
