It looks the management team of Biodefense has been completely changed, where will this new management team lead the company, anyone has information on it? I don't see anything going on since 9/2010 on company website. Still pray somone do right thing to reverse the damage that Lu did to us, good thing also multiplies the result.

Completely changed? Perhaps...but many of the same ne'er do wells are still involved, and even listed on the website. I wouldn't touch it with a 10ft pole.

A friend , investor spoke with Ed Walsh a week ago at BioD HQ . Don't quote me on the following , and you should call the co. yourself , as I will do in a week or so with a fellow investor on a 3 way call to be sure we get the story straight. He says they could have gone bankrupt but chose not to.They are still pursuing the medical waste treatment aspects of the technology, and of course the defense aspect , but the medical has more potential due to cutbacks in Gov't spending on defense of this type. He said the remaining executives feel a responsibility to the investors ( we invested before the 2008 crash) Ed says that when the dust settles on the charges against the former execs they will be able to tell us more about what happened with them . Right now they can't say much about that or there business plans going forward. From what I can read later investors from off continent were really caught up in a boiler room situationand much of their $ went to the promoters, not BioD. activities. I would think that the company will be under extreme scrutiny by authorities now. Hopefully they can make some headway and sell some product and make us some $. Not sure where they would get any $ from to do that though.

It's more lies to keep stringing you along and most likely set you up to take more money from you. Michael Lu has already been prosecuted in Texas for breaching securities laws.

Previous securities offences committed by Lu and Brett Hamburger are mentioned here. Hamburger ran off to Indonesia for a few years but later gave himself up to the authorities.

Hard to understand why anyone who was in on the scheme would be sitting by the phone ready to answer investors questions, when those who the SEC deemed fraudsters have "Left The Building" and are unavailable .

I am curious why the executives don't know where the company's heading to, does SEC have any authority over changing a company's business plan, sounds like SEC is the only answer to them...

Hi all. I have to report again. I´ve initiated this thread. After 3 years of intensiv investigations, lots
of costs and many laywers I could not get the crooks behind this scam.
Now the American authorities are after the directors of Biodefense. Does anybody know how to contact the SEC in Boston. I don´t get any answers, allthough I have lots of informations on this matter,
which I would like to share. Is there any money left? Is it possible to get after Lu, Jurberg and others?
Did the American SEC freeze any accounts. Did some victims started Civil Law legal actions against the accused? What are the names of the laywers representing them?
If anybody has some answers, I would be happy to hear from you!

Does somebody know what these crooks did with the stolen 26 millions? I´ve heard somewhere the money is hidden in China through a company May. Anybody heard of it?

You say you've spent 3 years 'investigating' this yet you are only reporting it now? And then you wonder why nothing has been done?

To my regrets I have to start a new thread about these unregistered shares, which allways
appears at the end of an investment scam scenario. As I am a victim and own now unvoluntarily a share certificate in Biodef myself, I started to investigate and plan a litigation action. At this moment I allready have lots of information and have been consulted by different American laywers, specialised in securities fraud. As this forum is also visited by these Boiler Room imposter and I am looking to cooperate with other victims, to share informations, etc ..., communication can only take place via personal
messages, and this after prooving your real identity. No name, no information. Its as simple as that.´And a copy of your share cert.
Yes ,the boiler rooms have our money, and it´s lost forever, because it is very difficult to find these crooks. But there are other ways to come to our rights, at least we can try to stop this practice. If you are a victim and owns a share cert of Biodef, contact me! Together we can kick some ass!

Sadly your money is gone, highly unlikely you'll see a penny of it, more likely that you'll lose more to the same crooks.
