Could anyone suggest another platform that is similar to Metastock Xenith?
(Xenith is Thomson Reuters Eikon for Retail, a downgraded version of Eikon)
The reason I want to change is not because no good of Xenith.
Actually this is a very good platform, it cover most of the information I need.
But Thomson Reuters den to take out certain function from time to time without any discussion with user, maybe because they think not worth to give such good function for only US$150/mth, imagine how you feel if you are using those function all the while, then the next morning a message prompt Access Denied when login (I set it as StarUp page), when call up their support, they said you are not allow to use the function anymore.
Xenith support is quite good, but issue like this is out of their control.
According to them, they are still negotiate with TR Permission Dept for granting access right to retail trader, I already waiting for 3 mth but still waiting...
