Advice for Career Path in Financial Banking?

I have been offered a job as a wire transfer clerk at a new and up and coming bank and was wondering if I should take this job? What career paths can it lead to and also how much should I be expecting to make (salary) in the next 2-5 years?

Also, what higher form of education should i pursue in order to be successful in this field?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should first understand what kind of career do you want to continue with. I think you must train yourself for particular career. You should attend some seminar for career building in Forex or related matter then decide.
