Just to let you know that we are up to 14 and that there are at least three more possibles that I know of. When we get up to 20 (which I am now pretty certain we will do) I will have to check with the venue to see if the room will be suitable for any more.
I will be sending out a confirmation e-mail to everyone who I have listed as attending over the weekend. If possible I'd like to have some idea of how many people are planning on coming to the evening meal. JPWone has kindly taken on the task of booking a Pasta/Pizza place that he knows of in Solihull and hopefully he will be able to wangle some sort of discount for us. Apparently they have a menu suitable for all tastes. You are welcome to bring partners etc.
I am not planning on staying over in Solihull but I do (courtesy of JP) have details of some of the local hotels if anyone wants them.
If you don't get a mail from me by Monday and you want to come PLEASE let me know
