1000 % rerun in year in stock investment

Dear fellow trader.

I have been trading in Forex for some time and I think in forex , some good traders can get profit of over 1000 % in a year (not easy but still you can , a lot of private investor making over 1000 % in a year).

So I was just wondering if over 1000 % return in stock investment in a year is achievable or not .

I am talking about normal stock trading accounts with 3 day settlement rule (not a day trading accounts).

With this kind of accouts, you can trade something like 4 to 5 times maximum in a month ( or maybe liitle bit more or less). I guess it is not easy to achieve what I can achieve in forex. But I just would like to hear some experienced traders opinions too.

In direct answer to your question, yes, annual returns greater than 1000% are achievable in equities; however, such results as a continuous string over the long term are very, very unlikely.
