Why dont you use PriceActionTracker, it does scan in realtime for Double inside bars (i actually think they do triple,quadriple etc.. too) Hope this helps

Great pattern to trade, i mainly trade engulfing patterns and this one is one of my favorite. You can use Price Action Tracker to track all of them

I guess you are talking about daily price action trading, i trade lower timeframes so i do spend more than 15 min/day ;-) Nice article though
