The very least I would expect is an apology and my money back. Sounds like they don’t want your custom so I’d look else where. At least with a broker you play on a level field.

Missing data from 07:40 - 08:04 on both demo and live, also missing small amount of data @ 08:26 from demo and live. Also the data feed is very 'stoggy', is anybody else having this same problem? NB It's just stalled again @ 08:32 (live) as I write this.

Same problem on my laptop, must be a problem with the SLM demo server feed. Probably have to wait for the day shift to turn up and give the server a good kick. Cup of tea anyone?

Hi JD I've just spoken to HotForex and the MT4 order window is not correct, it's not 30 pips but 3 pips which seems to be constant across the pairs. SLM however seem to change this parameter according to the pair, the max I can find is 2 the low 0.

Hi JD. Many thanks for sharing this information, it’s something I’m currently looking into myself and found SLM to be one of the best SB’s. However, why do say that scalping is a disadvantage for HotForex? I would have thought that the absence of a dealing desk is a must for scalping. Regards DJ
