I do not know about others but I would not wanted to be trader if not for automated trading. I find trading to be much more stressful than other profession. Since you are playing with your own money, you are always on your nerves. The reason I am into this trading business is because I hope that one day I can build computerized trading system that can on average yield about 30-50% per year.
