forget trailing stop losses............
to show you conviction(regardless of how blind it can be) in this rally i will amend everything to break even......
worst case scenario = I am wrong and my pride is dented(good spiritual lesson for me) & I break even(I have made enough for one day anyway so i should be grateful)
I will donate all proceeds to a charity i usually give to

just for the record I have sold 2 contracts on both indices at the 50 MA........
I have left the remaining 1 contract @ break even!!
all going to charity!
i will be back at midnightish.......

I see the same charts as you,Ig charts...
But i sold ftse at about 5:06pm 3498 based on 50 day MA.
But it went horribly wrong.Now please guide me..Did i see what you see at that time?

watch out 50 MA guys............
we might see a pull back for a breather before we push upwards...........and wait for confirmation of uptrend as its not given!!

Hello guys
How did you do? I had a bad day. did not lose anything but only made 10£ for the whole day
It is now what i expected for sitting infront of the laptop from 7 am to 9pm!!!
Had few good trades but gave away everything on the ftse bounce at about 5pm

Well if ever one needed a lesson in trading I think this evening has given it - to me at least. Not sure how many others were looking for the reversal and went long on the pin bar / minus development / indicators etc. but the markets thought different. Am now long FTSE @ 3506 with a stop at 3476. Down 80 points today (worse loss this year) but trading what I see which is a double bottom.......

I ended up down £8 but happy. Called the moves pretty well today, only trading technique is hopeless now. Work on that this week: more robust stops and no jumping on moves when I see them.
