2nd half closed at 3896 when price broke lower trendline on 1m chart.

PS: rolling daily also.

It rallies up to 61.8% fib. So could well be a retracement.

Not sure where we are headed. Sitting on my hands for now as no set up for me yet.

Stopped for break even. Bit disappointing as had 10 pips on the table.

Went long at 3888 after the first touch of the daily pivot but had a bit of a mare with IG software and couldn't sell at 3915! Finally got into it and thankfully I wasn't stopped out!

Have moved stop to BE and will look to take profits at 3915 if it gets there again!

Edit : Having written that it just jumped up quickly so will manually trail stop instead. Anyone think we could be in for a rally?

Yep, i did similar. Took 10pts profit only to see it jump up! :-0

Ouch!

Still profit is profit, you can't catch them all.

I am kicking myself as I didn't have the lower trend line in place and so missed the obivous breakout of a symmetrical triangle.

went short @3901, 3900, 3899 , 3896 bought 3 back @ 3890 and have stop @ 3891 for last one.
