The Week Ahead

EUR/USD

Will we get direction this week ?

Need to bust 1.2771/1.2636

Ready for the week ahead but short session Monday as I'm at the Hospital so might take a day off later in the week to trade.

Morning Guys

EUR/USD

Overnight pushed up but we need to see 1.2850 busted for a real uptrend

eyes 1.2850 but 1.2835 rejected

Guys I'm already off. :-0

Got the hospital today and will not be back at the desk till maybe Wednesday.

Gained 21.8 pips

Picking up new laptop and Monitor for trading Tuesday

1.2850 only just busted next we eye 1.2910 a rejection could return to 1.2679.

A big push up sees 1.3300

I will be trading Tuesday and most of the day, at the desk 6am

Good Morning

Looking forward to today as I will be trading all day.

Target on a full day 50 pips.

Lot of data out today so movement is definitely on the cards.

Tuesday Morning Update

Started so well, got 50 pips then just gave it all back plus more a total of 6.5% down from the start this morning.

Hi

Had a bad start today so cooling off

50 pips is a target I set myself so that if I ever get to the point to earn a living from trading 50 pips would be a target that I can sustain a wage at £4 per point.

Still learning and making mistakes so still some way off at the moment.

About 4.6% 50 pips

I'm starting from a low balance to build up. The way I workout how much to trade is like this:

Bal. £50 - 98% = £1 divide by 20 pips (stop loss) gives £0.05 per pip target 50 pips = £2.50

This is my money management calculation to trade whatever balance I hold.

Did not get back on after all.

Took the wife to lunch and went shopping, so back on in the morning

Re-thinking the plan

Was at a Funeral today and got stitched up at work today so now I'm re-thinking my plan.

1) Find a platform based in the UK
2) Make a space and time to trade from home
3) Deposit a min £1,000 to trade £1 per point

I'm going to accelerate to my goal to be able to trade from home full-time.

Withdrew £50 -£10 charge. Left £4.72 to play with

Changed Platforms

Going to be trading only on Smart Live Markets http://www.smartlivemarkets.co.uk/Index.aspx

I will start trading again when I get my account balance to £1,000

Ordered a new desk, putting my Desktop PC in for an upgrade and got two new 24" monitors on order.

I will be away from trading for about a month then I'll be back to push to my goal to trade from home FULLTIME.

Tuesday update

Yesterday added my first deposit to SLM http://www.smartlivemarkets.co.uk/Index.aspx

+£150 and went down to £146.99
Got £10 from SLM (see earlier) and got ahead to £163.25

New platform plus tons of errors but ahead lol

Was going to just add deposits until I had £1,000 but I will be trading and adding deposits until I have £1,000 then no more deposits and a push to my goal.

Got myfxbook link working (I hope) so you can see all my trades, GOOD & BAD lol

No trading Wednesday back Thursday 6am
