everyone's winner - how to

if thats the case, i think wouldnt the trader or everyone could be trading fictitious price? or probably its more like an in-house casino.. lol

As the guy said for every seller there must be a buyer and vica versa. Just read the thread and pmsl you stupider than me

OK....

So according to the world of everyonerich. If I sell my Dollars/shares/commodities - who or what am I selling them to..?

my point is.. i buy at 8am 54min 10 sec, and there is also exact seller at 8am 54min 10sec? no glitch at all? u sure..?

i would think buy Gbp/USD would be withdrawing usd in US central bank & putting a certain amount of pound and deposit it in bank of england? wheres the buyer and seller?

there are things in trading called orders. you can place and order and leave it in.

market created when there is buyer wanted to buy and seller willing to sell

both agreement on price.

if thats the case, is that mean..

for eg: during recent economy crisis, stock market crash and stuff.. it is what everyone wanted (since buyer & seller agreed on price)? lol

dont you think its quite a contradicting statement for both situation?

Unfortunately what you're basically doing here is asking the following question;

"Hey guys - how does the entire FX market work?"

Answer is a tad more complicated than you think.

However, for the purposes of argument you can say that while FX market liquidity is not infinite, it is very very very very large.

And it is also extremely diverse, both in terms of who particilates in it, and what their objectives are. And believe it or not, it's genuinely not all about price. Honestly.

So that's what I meant in my earlier post.

GJ

please enlighten newbie like us if you dont mind spend some time explaining why it could be not about price, is it related with political stability issues, national thing or whatever.. ? :)

There will always be buyers in a falling market - maybe hedging existing trades/investments or looking for a trend swing. Think you might need a change of job!!!

ok lets assume we have 10 million people in a room (be a big one) are you saying they could all sell ?

there will always be buyers in a falling market, a/ people buying back, profit taking from shorts and b/ people trying to pick what they believe are bottoms or reversals

exactly what i said erlier in the thread but he dont seem to get it

not really, but i think it this way.. if seller outnumbered buyer, is market suppose to fall? but if seller indeed outnumbered buyer, and

assume is theres 2million buyer, then 3 million seller.. so another 1million seller who is taking their orders?

what if i tell you the definition of market in different books i read could be different? which one is truth or fiction? lol..

It is also possible for the price to fall when there are more buyers than sellers, particularly in illiquid stocks. Buyers may put their orders on at below market price and if any seller needs to sell they'll have to settle for the best price they can get - thus moving the market price down.

That's why none of this stuff is a one line answer. Which, in turn, is my main beef with everyonerich's threads. Trying to oversimplify this stuff to no discernible end.

if simplify everything correctly will be able to make a quick decision to enter high possibility trade... would you willing to expose your 14 years of trading secret..? :p
