Anyone have any experiences, positive or negative about these people ?

I got a call from a rep today.
They are working out of Switzerland, advise on Nasdaq stocks primarily.
They get paid 1.5% of the equity when SOLD !!!! It is in their interest to make money from the clients.
( I know, what if the sell price is BELOW the buy price !! )

Any way I can see if they are registered with the US authorites etc ?

Has anyone heard of the company Elliot Price Associates?

I have recently been contacted with investment information. The advise on a company to invest in and then proceed to obtain the shares for you. They then manage your portfolio.

I understand they operate out of Switzerland.

Any feedback would be welcome.

do not use them

They spun me a line of building a relationship, sold me some shares, took my money and have not responded to any emails or phone calls concerning them. They turned out to be schedule S so I can't sell them for a year there was a hidden $60 to pay in dealing costs
