crossing networks

i'm writing a paper for my college class, and i wanted to get some people's responses on crossing networks, specifically how people would evaluate/compare POSIT to Liquidnet. there's been lots of buzz around Liquidnet, but POSIT was the guy who started it all. is there room for both of them? or will one win out over the other.
