Before investing you should rule out that at no time could it be.
If there is a chance it could be a scam then simply dont invest.

hi, i have lost £8,000 pounds , we went to invest another 10,000 and the bank hsb stopped the money under fraud , i nearly lost a great friend ship, i have checked out loads of sites and i am from england working in atlanta, i am in texas this week, check the bank out and the banks address put paco office number in the search engine it came up boiler room scam. i do not want another person to lose money in a fake boiler room company . i have written to market watch, market wire ect . check out for yourself .the share have been moving in the last couple off weeks to get more people to buy. bbc website on boiler room should put you right. good luck.
The acide test as to whether it was a scam is 'where you cold called about investing'. If yes, then 99% it's a scam. Plus, did you sent money either abroad or to a company's name that wasn't the same as the 'broker' that called you. For example, a 'broker' called 'Cambridge Capital' called but money was paid to 'Abc Ventures' or 'Whiting Escrow'.
I was asked to put the money direct into Paco Oil and Gas account. It was that that made me think it was legitimate. The company I dealt with is

i was told the same if you look at your documentaion there is a routing number , as soom as it hits wells fargo /paco oil it is routed to another account. lots of peopleare losing money day , The investment company that sacmed me is in zurich . i have rang paco office and this young girl answers the phone , i have traced the phone numbers on my documentation and it sure is not wells fargo. i am hoping that they will be shut down one day. i have reported this to the police dealing with boiler room scams .

Would you walk in to a public house and aproach a group of people talking then comment on the way they speak or spell, then insult them.
How about an introduction, this site offers the ability to do this before spouting off about people's spelling and then insulting them by calling them a fool.
The first step you could take would be to fill out your profile so we at least know hoo we are talking to, then maybe introduce yourself. Do you really want everyone on this forum to judge you by your first post? Surely your worth more than this? If you dont care and this is just another chat forum then take your worthless comments elsewhere.
This is a great forum where new and experienced traders (or wannabe's) gather to share knowledge and gain or share information and also where we can disagree if the need arises with being adult and understanding that we all have different views without the need to butt in with insults.

A friend of mine recently got involved with Paco Oil and Gas on the strength of a "tip" given to him by someone with zero investment experience. Luckily for him, I alerted him to the possibility that this wasn't kosher. Spelling mistakes on the share certificate and no trading in its shares even though the Dow Jones was in mid-session kinda made it obvious.
If brains were dynamite then whoever gave him this tip couldn't blow the wax out of their ears. Well at least he's learned his lesson and won't have any more financial dealings with this person.
