I was recently appoached by this company who said they would buy stock I was conned into years ago in Private Trading Systems.They originally offered good price but as stock is restricted they now want money for "restriction" to be lifted,this allegedly is to be done be a third party.?

Its the second phase of the scam. Its the advanced fee scam, they will offer a ridiculous price but you have to pay a percentage up front. Once you pay them they'll take the money and disappear. Do not give them any money, they are criminals out to scam you.

As PB says they're the scame scammers working an advance fee fraud on you. If I were you I'd tell them where to go, think about it, they're being nice to you so they can steal your money, so why hold back on them. Call them thieves, call them conmen and scum and see how shirty they get, these scammers don't like it when you remind them of the truth because they live their lives as a lie.
