Does someone know these advisors? Maybe boiler room?

Hello all together,
I am posting from, so don't look at my English.
Does anyone here know anything about Morgan Financial Advisors? I can't find any informations about them and suspect them to be a boiler and not serious. Hopefully I will get some informations.

I'd put money on the company being highly highly suspect.

No regulation by FSA or SEC for one but also it's very hard for a company that's been around for 30 years to have no other websites linking to its site.

My advice, stay well clear especially if a) the called you out of the blue and b) are suggesting that they've got some shares or picks that can make you easy money.
 
Website only registered at the end of June 2007. So I think we can safely say it's a boiler room with 100% certainty.
 
Thanks for your answers. I did some investigation as well and found the same results as you did. What mmakes me wonder is, they do a lot of work with little money. Every sell and buy is reported on pdf. for the account holder and it fits to the market moving. They do no after trading and all the trades are well documantet at the interenet online account.

Sorry, got my dates wrong the company's website was registered in 2006, not 2007. Still, a touch strange for a firm that's been in business for '30 years'.

Also, check out all the copy on the site, so much but when you read it, it never tells you anything, just fluff, filler, marketing speak. And of course, most of it is copied from other sites arounf the internet.

Not the sort of behaviour you'd expect from "one of the highest regarded money management firms in America" :) :)
 
I don't have any experience with such companies, but I wonder How much work they even for a small investment amount. And they do this since 6 month. Is this typicall for boiler rooms? If they were not serious I would expect them to take the money and then never hear anything more from them.
 
I don't know about that but maybe they're only interested in the long term scam, ie get people to invest a small amount which 'makes money' (this will appear on your statement but if you try and withdraw it.....) then a little bit more which also makes money etc. This goes on for many months and all the investments make good money. Then they say 'we're hot aren't we, so let' stop messing around for small amounts of money, why not invest $50k to $100k'.

And then the client never hears from them again.

Many different ways to scam the people that never take 5 mins to check out who they're actually dealing with.

REMEMBER - THE INTERNET IS YOUR FRIEND.
 
I am sure not to spent anymore money and trie to get the money back within the next days. So I can tell you about the results.
It would be great if I find someone who is in business with them as well.

I am having trouble withdrawing my money from them.
They are difficult to contact by telephone and slow to reply by e-mail.!

it is the same situation to me. They are sending money, but only in small pieces and wirh a lot of excuses.
I am sure they will read the posts here and I am sure to visit them all in prison if I do not get my money back because I have a lot of informations about them including witnenesses.:LOL:
Whar are you doing to get your money back? Are you already in contact with the police or the athorities?

I am glad to read that you have received some money. What percentage ( % ) of your money have they returned.? I hope they send you all the rest of your money.
I am unable to contact anyone by phone, only by e-mail. Then someone will ring me, and send me another form to fill out. Currently the reason for not closing my account is the US IRS Inland Revenue Service.
I found your request for information by GOOGLE SEARCH " Morgan Financial Services "
I have found very little else out about them, except leads to their web site.
Please continue to chase them for your money, and I will do the same.

If you have information on them why not pass it along to the City Of London Police who have a special group looking into these thieves, the Boiler Rooms -

I have reported these thieves. i await a reply. With Google search i find they MORGAN FINANCIAL ADVISORS are popping up everywhere, including Netherlands & Norway.
How is anyone else getting their money back?
 
My only advice is going after the banks that you sent the money to, they're the weak link in all of this. As for the scammers, you'll never find them they've long gone.

Hi together,
in this case the scammers do not have a chance to escape. I know to much about them but I do not want to talk more about it here because the legal action against them should be secret and a big surpise.
But you can be sure they are going to jail for a long time if they do not send the money back. This time they made some big mistakes and they are still feeling save. but they picked the wrong person to steal money from. :)
 
I'd send along a gun-for-hire to confiscate their car keys:

MFA still active

MFA are still seeking customers.
Their web site is still active and records todays date, on my customers account.
If I can find a way of taking legal action against them... I will ..I just don`t know which way to go...They have not gone away.
