why the small bid/ ask sizes?

I have always wondered why bid and ask sizes are so small (see attached screenshot); it is not like there is an investor somewhere that wants to buy 1 share or two shares only. So why does this screen appear that way?

Probably showing size in lots, so 3 = 300 etc typically. Strange but the way a lot of the US equities feeds work.

Vol has been lighter than usual on L2, that's both good and bad, lots of hidden size these days
