Which indicator is this

I've seen somehwere a picture of a setup with three columns of figures

in the middle is the price which moves up and down continuously. either side are bid/ask prices in volumes either side above/below the market price.

am i making any sense ?

I think you are referring to a price ladder. It is not an indicator but a tool to be able to trade.

where do i find one? (using metatrader)

I don't think you can using Metatrader as it is usually a function of direct market access trading. It is usually provided by the broker you use and I am not aware of any direct access brokers that work with Metatrader.
