So I keep hearing that to make some real money, I need to use other people's money in my favor. I have heard I can do this through limited partnerships or starting my own mutual fund. what do you think? which is better? maybe a third option? also what is a good accounting software to use?

We assume that you have already mastered making a good % return using your own funds ? Investors will need some sort of evidence to this efffect.

Under current legislation an offshore hedge fund under the umbrella of a large parent company providing the necessary compliance would probably be the vehicle of choice.
