Where to buy tick data without a subscription

I need 15 years worth of tick data for only a limited number of instruments:

S&P, CME Euro FX, TBond and Oil Futures

The problem is I can't seem to find anywhere to buy this data without a monthly subscription, which I don't really need.

Any hints please ?

FYI, I will be using Ninjatrader for backtesting.

FOREX Historical Data, Major Indices and Futures Historical Intraday and Daily Market Data - Through Download and on DVDs/CDs.

If you request it, you can download the data in Ninja format.

Also, for the money you pay (not much!) you get a year of quarterly updates.

I checked out the data. The only issue is that volume is only available for end of day data, not for minute or tick.

I am actually looking for futures tick data including the real time volume.

HISTORICAL TICK DATA ? Historical tick data for stocks, equities, futures, options, indexes and indicators!
Fairly expensive, I think.

15 yrs...i'd almost think only the exchanges have that...have the online brokers for futures even been around that long?

I don't need tick data, I just need 4h data for Brent and Crude Oil.
