cos its not like u get much chance to have a break if u have to check your chart every 5, 15 or 30 mins.
I eat quick - low preparation times -
I try to eat fruit - like 4 bananas or 6 satsumas, or 4 papples
but then have to have some quick stuff like 1/2 tin bakjed beans mixed with 1/2 tin macaroni cheese.
i sometimes have cereals.
or a few tins of custard.
I prefer not to eat too much as it wastes time, and i have to then brush my teeth afterwards. Theres nothing worse than a mucky mouth is there - and not being able to brush your teeth?
