Velocity Futures missing data

I have Ninja Trader with Velocity Futures, today I noticed my pivots and previous day OHLC indicators were all messed up. I discovered that this was due to Fridays data being missing except for 1 tick. Is anyone else seeing the same problem? I did try contacting Velocity but I have to say they were not helpful, here is the conversation

hello, I have NJ demo with you, today I have missing data from Fridays session, all it shows is 1 tick of data from Friday, I have todays data live and all of last week except friday. This is the case for the bund and the eurostoxx
