Ukraine invasion

Even if we find a town in Ukraine that is 70% ethnic Russian it does not mean that it wants to join Russia.
Kharkiv could be 60% Russians and Belgorod 60% Ukranians this does not mean that borders have to be changed.

If we follow ethnicity borders should be changed every 10 years everywhere in the world, ther would be chaos and war everywhere.

In Italy we have a town, Prato populated 80% by Chinese, it does not mean that it would be fair or legal to join China.

Nice try, but cutting open the story shows it's full of holes.

No point posting Brainless Brian's vid from yesterday. He's a propagandist Russia apologist no mark and has upped his level of reporting incoherent nonsense.
Oh dear c_v, I feel so sorry for you!
It must be tough when Brian talks basic common sense that's rooted in reality and completely destroys your pie in the sky fantasies based on what you hope and want to happen as opposed to what's actually going on on the ground. That must be soooooooo annoying!

Talking of common sense and reality, Col. Doug Macgregor is another person with his feet firmly rooted on terra firma who understands exactly what's going on. In the vid' linked below, he provides a really good overview - not just of the war itself - but of the wider political situation across Europe and the U.S. Well worth paying close attention to what he says, IMO. Needless to say, those of you on the wrong side of the argument will dismiss him as a Putin propagandist etc. which, apart from being plain wrong, is a silly and offensive slur. It's akin to calling Brexiteers racists and those who question lockdowns as granny killers etc. Sad really.

Hmm, Russian missiles hit Poland.

Oh dear oh dear. Now we know Poland has history with Russia. They also have tons of troops and equipment including a fully functioning air force.

No need to feel sorry for me Tim.
Meanwhile, back in the real world, Russia is getting Mullered and no amount of waffle from Brian changes the facts.
Just go buy that silver before the price rockets.

Whoa, slow down c_v, we don't know that they're Russian.
And even if they are, it doesn't mean Russian forces fired them. After all, you lot are always crowing about how much Russian kit gets captured by Ukrainian forces. So, my money is on the missile being Russian and your new found friends in the MSM adding 2 + 2 and making 5. It's almost inevitable to the extent that I'd be surprised if that's not the case. But we'll have to wait and see.

Do you think Putin and Russia isn't aware of that? Zelensky's on the ropes and is getting desperate. He needs more help than he's currently getting. His only real hope is to drag Poland into the conflict and then NATO. As I've said numerous times - and you are aware - that's the only way he can win this conflict and achieve his otherwise hopelessly unachievable objective of driving Russia out of Ukraine - including Crimea. Otherwise, it's literally impossible. So, Russia has nothing to gain from this missile landing in Poland, whereas Zelensky has nothing to lose. Ergo, a false flag operation is a far more likely explanation.
Tim.

Is Russia too scared to win, because they might get wiped out afterwards.

Update on Russian military operations in and around Ukraine for November 16, 2022
  • Russia continues its campaign targeting Ukrainian infrastructure with missiles and drones.
  • A recent barrage consisted of over 90 missiles, significantly degrading Ukraine's power grid.
  • The West has said since April Russia was running out of missiles, yet large-scale use of missiles continues.
  • Russia is also now using long-range precision kamikaze drones meaning Russia appears to have a growing number of long-range precision weapons.
  • During the recent barrage it appears at least 2 Ukrainian air defense missiles missed their targets and struck civilians in Poland.
  • After claiming Russia is a threat to Europe, it is a terrible irony that Ukraine is responsible for the first strike on NATO territory since Russian operations began in late February.

Will we have less lies in the world if Ukraine is defeated?

The problem is, it was a Russian rocket and Denys explains how it landed in Poland. An open and shut case of Russian incompetence. Programming the wrong coordinates. Zelensky is adamant that it was a Russian rocket, therefore not a false flag or Ukrainian accident.

The more interesting question is .........why is everyone else in denial ?
Quite rightly, Zelensky is requesting access to the evidence.

it was a Russian rocket
Only in the way you drive a Buick as an American car in London calling it an American car.
If you run it into a fence is America guilty for the accident?
Zelensky was lying again and all Ukranian or early MSM "news" against Russia in this incident are fake which is also proven and accepted by the U.S.

. . .The more interesting question is .........why is everyone else in denial ?. . .
Everyone c_v?
Presumably, you're referring to your new best friends in the MSM, Jens Stoltenberg at NATO and Sleepy Joe in the White House?
:p
It's time to face up to reality and accept your whole narrative is starting to unravel big time. Well, it was only a matter of time and it will only get worse going forward. Senior politicians are now beginning to mutter the P word and, with republicans now in control of the House of Representatives in the U.S., they'll be questioning every single USD$ spent and every arms shipment wasted on Ukraine. Meanwhile, the Russians intensify their efforts, making the situation on the ground go from bad to worse for Ukraine. The only solution for Zelensky is to call a ceasefire and agree to negotiate with Putin. Had he done that last spring, Ukraine could have got a deal they've next to no chance of getting now. The longer they leave it and the longer the war goes on, the worse it will be for them. Plainly, the U.S. have largely achieved their objectives and, as you surely realise, sooner or later they'll walk and throw Zelensky under a bus. So c_v, the real question is this .........why are you and those on your side of the argument in denial about the reality of the situation?
Tim.

The situation is so bad for Ukraine that every 2 months there is a big defeat for Russians.
Let's wait for the next retreat.
I prefer facts over conspiracies, and the fact is Kherson back to Ukraine.
From "wishful thinking" to reality in a cuople of months.
