TS200i, GlobalServer won't open

I just installed TS2000i on my WindowsXP computer and the GlobalServer application will not open. The icon is there, and when clicked on nothing happens. Also, when opening TS I am prompted to set up GlobalServer, and when I click on the set-up button, it still won't open. Any ideas on this problem?

Try reinstalling the whole program.
