It is rant time again.....
It looks like TS have totally messed up over thanksgiving by dropping all data from energy and metal markets. How long until they admit they are not up to the job of providing data to their futures trading clients? Again esignal and Reuters are showing the data as it should be. A call to TS elicited the usual puzzled helper on the other end who did not understand and was unale to do anything about it.
I guess the new years resolution is now already set. Find an alternative and port all TS based systems from this amatuer hour platform to something a little more professional. any suggestions about the easiest way to go about this greatly accepted.
