TS 2000i Customer Number

Hello -

I am trying to re-install my 2000i after a computer failure. I have a lifetime password, but now it is asking me for my customer number, which I have but don't know where to enter in the software. The Desktop>User Information tab shows the space for it but is greyed out. Does anyone know where I can enter this?

Can you post some screenshots of what you are seeing ?

It must be a problem in installation, you need to uninstall everything and try reinstall it.
