Trin ftse

Hi, I am using the IG spread betting platform.
Unfortunately it does not have TRIN. I would like to find this data for the FTSE and be able to plot it on an inverted chart.

PS Also looking for the 13 day EAM of the TRIN.

Reading other threads around - does not look like there is anything easy and free available
